Stage 1: Discovery

We conduct a comprehensive search worldwide to identify the best talent to meet the client demand who can truly build the strongest possible future.


Stage 2: Pre-recorded


We assess selected candidates via a preliminary video interview to determine their personal motivation, behavioral assessments, experience, and potential fit with the client requirements.

Stage 3: Interview

Presentation of the finalists will be coordinated throughout the standard video interview; ideally the client will see the top five candidates with their detailed profile and will communicate with us as the process progresses.

Stage 4: Reference

Reference checks will be based on the criteria specific to our organization and the role for which they are being considered. The reference check will consist of questions about the candidate’s work ethic, personality, character, initiative and dive, and the relevant qualification for the position.

Stage 5: Offer

We handle the negotiation between the candidate and the client. We verbally present the details of the offer to the candidate. And obtain the final acceptance.
